A big thank you to all at SVM! I’ve had my Audi Q3 from SVM for just over a week now after it was delivered from a distance sale and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle! Tara answered all of my questions promptly and with complete honesty, making the entire sales process an absolute dream, even as a distance sale! The sale was processed quickly and the car arrived with me a matter of days later! Professional delivery service on a trailer to maintain condition and minimise additional mileage on the car which was an appreciated touch! Their pre-sale valeting of vehicles is second to none, genuinely looked like a brand new vehicle inside and out - a credit to both the previous owners, and the prep team at SVM. From the start to the completion of my initial inquiry Jonathan and Tara kept in touch with me and went above and beyond to ensure my sale was smoothly completed. The car is in an excellent condition and came with a longterm 3 year warranty. They both provided support and kindness during the sale, speedily fixing the issues we had before leaving the showroom and even provided us with lunch when we had to wait for the repair.
